Pursuant to the No objection letter of the Asian Development Bank dated 22/12/2014 and the Decision No. 6157/QĐ-BGDĐT dated 26/12/2014 on approving evaluation results of technical proposals for “Architects and Engineering Consultant” package under University of Science and Technology of Hanoi Development (New Model University) Project;
