          VHA Architects proudly presents the new Green Hotel project, a new icon for Cua Lo Beach, Vinh City.
           
          The modern and unique building architecture is divided into three main parts according to function:The base consists of 4 floors hidden within a green garden system, including reception areas, restaurants, conference rooms, and services and logistics.The main body of the building is the hotel block, composed of staggered room modules set back towards the center, ensuring all hotel rooms have expansive sea views.The top of the building is the Sky-Villa block, consisting of modules arranged freely in a staircase-like fashion and resembling cliffs on both sides. This arrangement provides natural shade from the sun and large balconies. On the rooftop are infinity pools, green gardens, a bar, and private amenities for each luxury villa.

          As the project's name, Green Hotel, suggests, we propose a green architectural solution for the hotel building through intelligent form design that creates numerous shaded areas on the building's facade, combined with a system of greenery on balconies, small gardens in the lobby, and interspersed throughout all floors and on the roof. This ensures the building is well-ventilated and energy-efficient through passive cooling.
